Please arrive at the Al Habtoor Palace Bus Stop (departure point) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
In the rare event of a last-minute technical issue beyond our control, we will promptly contact you to offer options for either rescheduling your tour or receiving a full refund.
